In this first episode, we spoke to Dr Helen McGuirk, Head of the Hincks Centre for Entrepreneurship Excellence at the Munster Technological University (MTU), who provided us with a definition of a CoP. She outlined how it facilitates research and collaboration, and why a group of Beyoncé fans doesn’t have a Community of Practice (sadly).
